Responsibilities
1. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
2. Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
4. Maintain and update listings of available properties
5. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
6. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements

1. Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson in Abu Dhabi
2. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
3. Open for All Nationalities
5. Must have UAE Drivers License
4. Can Join Immediately
