Urgent Hiring: Application Support Engineer - Submit your resume to Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software.
· Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients as needed.
· Assist in systems integrations and manage a ticketed query system, ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is maintained.
· Keep technical documents and procedures up-to-date.
· Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
· Coordinate with local and international vendors as required.
· Deliver both regular and customized training to internal teams.
· Develop maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for our systems.
· Possess working knowledge of Oracle and other databases.
· Write code for data extraction and develop reports for various teams.
· Have a solid understanding of hardware and network systems.

What You Need:

• Speaking English and Arabic is a big plus.
• 4-5 years in application support, especially with system integration and analyzing business tech.
• Prefer a Master’s in computer science, but a Bachelor’s is a must.
• Great at working with a team, organizing things, and solving problems.
• Knowledge about InsurTech / Health Insurance would be preferred
