Job Description
- Must have specialized experience as Estimator / QS in interior fit-out & joinery works.
- Prepare BOQ, estimates, quotations.
- Review the tender documents/drawings, scope of work, terms and conditions of contract and technical and material specifications of items
- Analyse the tender drawings, material specs, 3D visuals and extracting into BOQ if BOQ not available
- Floating inquiries to suppliers and subcontractor and getting quote with best prices
- Preparation of comparison sheet for quotations received from subcontractors to review the price
- Cost estimation for all fit-out & joinery items
- Expected to join immediately
