The candidate should have:
- Previous experience in a customer care role, preferably within Aesthetic clinics.
- Demonstrated success in product sales.
- Capabilities to respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in English and Arabic language is essential.
