Supervise all QC civil activities at project to ensure compliance of quality requirements
Inspect on going civil activities and material inspection as per ITP , Checklist & MOS
Familiar with applicable standard ACI , ASTM . AASHTO and project specification
Maintain system manuals, international & national standards, client specs, Technical data sheets & handbooks, product-range & component catalogs, copy of ITP and all relevant documents related to inspections.
Responsible for all Civil, excavation, compaction, backfilling, structural steel fabrication, erection, rebar inspection, formwork inspection, concrete pouring, asphalting, etc.
Strictly implementing the quality requirements as per project specification
Follow up with construction work on site by surveillance inspection
Ensure Received Request for inspection (RFI) from contractor as per Inspection Test plan and standards prior for Approval.
Ensure inspections & work as per client specification and standards
Maintain quality records such as logbook of the work performed, QA/QC Weekly report, Internal inspection report, Non-Conformance report (NCR).
Verification of test results, reporting and recommendation to QA/QC Manager for necessary actions
Ensure Received Material inspection request (MIR) from contractor as per approved material submittal and as per client requirements on project prior for approval.
Ensure proper identification and traceability of materials is done at project
Ensure the NCR raised must be closed on time
Ensure that the PQP and defined Quality requirements including ITP, Check list, MOS , PTS and applicable standard and code are being followed at projects
