Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving our sales growth. This is a commission-based opportunity with the potential for high earnings for the right candidate.

**Responsibilities:**

* Generate new leads and identify qualified prospects

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

* Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations

* Negotiate and close deals

* Provide excellent customer service and support

* Maintain accurate sales records and reports

* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in education sales (B2B or B2C)

* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

* Strong negotiation and closing skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Highly motivated and results-oriented
