Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, driving performance to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in the targeted region.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close high-value real estate deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clients' relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Ability to do planning, organizing, directing, building teams, following up, controlling, and continuous appraisal to his sales team, region, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Real Estate Sales Management, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Gulf real estate market and industry trends.
  • Enough knowledge to use and deal with the ERP and CRM systems in general.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling performance analysis and improving whether preventive or corrective.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

NOTE:

Local hire only. Must be already here in Qatar.
