Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, driving performance to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in the targeted region.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close high-value real estate deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clients' relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.
- Ability to do planning, organizing, directing, building teams, following up, controlling, and continuous appraisal to his sales team, region, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Real Estate Sales Management, with a focus on international markets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Gulf real estate market and industry trends.
- Enough knowledge to use and deal with the ERP and CRM systems in general.
- In-depth knowledge of selling performance analysis and improving whether preventive or corrective.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
