We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager *FEMALES ONLY* to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales agents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Manage and monitor sales performance, providing regular reports to management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Recruit, train, and develop sales agents to ensure high performance
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors
