WELDERS Job Summary:
Welder joins, fabricates, and repair metal and other wieldable materials by applying appropriate techniques and using various welding devices. Job Duties: - Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting the job.
- Sourcing the materials to be used.
- Measuring and cutting materials to specifications.
- Welding materials using the correct material and the proper technique to join the metals together.
- Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints.
- Ensuring that the welded joints meet the required specifications and standards.
- Works with a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Works in a variety of settings such as factories, construction sites, and workshops.
- Adheres to established safety and protection policies and procedures.
- Performs any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma
- 3 years minimum experience required
- With training in a variety of welding techniques
- Ability to speak Arabic or English at acceptable level
