- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and regulatory changes.
- Create compelling property listings and market properties effectively.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or renters.
- Represent clients during negotiations and prepare offers.
- Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of transactions.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all property transactions.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Real Estate Property Consultant.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferable.
