Job Description for Citrix VDI, NetScaler, and Nutanix

Citrix VDI Engineer:

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.

Configure machine catalogs, delivery groups, and application groups.

Monitor and optimize Citrix environments for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with Nutanix Cloud Clusters.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops administration.

Experience with machine provisioning tools like Citrix Provisioning or MCS.

Knowledge of Citrix Gateway Protocol and Session Reliability.

Familiarity with Nutanix virtualization environments.

NetScaler ADC Engineer:

Responsibilities:

Manage and configure NetScaler ADC for load balancing, security, and optimization.

Troubleshoot network issues and ensure high availability of services.

Collaborate with Citrix architects to integrate NetScaler with Citrix environments.

Implement SSL certificates, themes, and network configurations on NetScaler.

Requirements:

Expertise in configuring and maintaining NetScaler ADC appliances.

Strong understanding of networking protocols, VLANs, and firewalls.

Ability to work with SSL certificates, themes, and network optimization.

Experience in migrating NetScaler from VMware to Nutanix AHV.

Nutanix Infrastructure Specialist:

Responsibilities:

Deploy and manage Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure solutions.

Integrate Nutanix Cloud Platform with Citrix DaaS for hybrid multicloud deployments.

Ensure seamless access to applications and data through Nutanix Prism orchestration.

Collaborate with virtualization architects to optimize server and desktop virtualization.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Nutanix Acropolis, Prism, and AHV hypervisor.

Experience in managing storage solutions and network configurations.

Knowledge of Citrix DaaS and its integration with Nutanix Cloud Platform.

Ability to scale infrastructure, manage upgrades, and ensure operational efficiency.
