Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Saleswoman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. As a Saleswoman at United Oger General Contracting Company, you will be responsible for promoting our services, generating leads, and converting prospects into satisfied clients.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products and services to potential clients.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, availability, and project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
