We are seeking a highly experienced Business Setup Advisor with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on expertise in facilitating business setup processes within free zones and mainland areas. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing business establishment in the UAE, particularly in free zones and mainland jurisdictions. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a strong grasp of business dynamics, and the ability to navigate complexities inherent in setting up businesses in diverse sectors.


  1. Consultation and Guidance: Provide expert advice to clients on the optimal setup structure based on their business requirements, considering factors such as ownership regulations, licensing options, and operational preferences.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to business setup processes, including licensing, permits, visas, and other governmental approvals.
  3. Documentation and Processing: Manage end-to-end documentation processes, including the preparation, submission, and follow-up of all necessary paperwork for business setup, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and offering proactive solutions to enhance their business setup experience.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory updates to provide informed advice to clients and identify new opportunities for business growth.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and government authorities to streamline business setup processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
