Requirements:
• Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in business management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or business head role with a Venom industry.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, financial analysis, and profitability management.
• In-depth understanding of the Venom Business industry, including products, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong decision-making and problemsolving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging industry trends within the Venom Business sector.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings, particularly in sensitive areas like the Venom Business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the Venom Business division, aligning with the organization's mission and goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development professionals.
• Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the development and management of the product portfolio, ensuring it meets market demands and drives revenue growth.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for the Venom Business division.
• Revenue Generation: Set and achieve revenue targets, leveraging product sales, partnerships, and other revenue streams.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Operational Efficiency: Implement processes and systems to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability for the Venom Business division.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business activities within the Venom division comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Innovation and Product Development: Drive innovation in product offerings, ensuring the division remains competitive and at the forefront of industry trends.
