Personal Trainers:
. Achieve set goals in Sales Revenue, Sessions Conduction (PT, new member induction, etc.).
2. Pro-actively encourage members to engage themselves in as many physical activities needed to achieve
their set lifestyle and fitness goals.
3. Pro-actively encourage members to try new products and Personalized Services such are Personal
Training, Group Fitness Training, etc.
4. Introduce new products, programs and exercises, as well as new equipment to all members while
providing Personalized Services, as well as while on duty on gym floor or in the gym in general.
5. Promote gym activities, events, specific promotional activities to all members.
6. Create activities to achieve all the financial requirements set every month.
7. Expected 28,750 AED in PTS and 120 PT Conduction Minimum per month.
8. PTSS, Strong Start Tracker, Update Fitness board, Success diary, CP, Daily updates, ROTA and all Fitness
Processes and procedures must have been updated and done by the Personal Trainer as per the
management instruction and club needs
9. Cover floor and help members at all time.
10. Provide 20 PT Quota deductions per Month (20 unpaid sessions each Month)
Membership Consultant:
Achieves 100% of units and collections budget
2. Maintains accurate records of all leads and new sales using the sales diary
3. Attends all trainings required by the management
4. Conducts sales presentation according to established systems
5. Achieves Minimum Performance Criteria
6. Upsells Strongest Start package to every newly joined member
7. Projects a polished, professional image at all times
8. Makes 7-day and 30-day service calls
9. Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the CGM/RSM/COO
10. Prepares daily sales reports (Sales Diary)
11. Invites 10 members and guests to club events
12. Achieves required ratios: 60% close, 30% show and 30% appointment
13. Achieves minimum 90% on monthly skills audit
14. Completes all formalities of a member that joins
15. Generates leads required through different mediums including in-club and outreach/outdoor
activities
16. Provides excellent customer service at all times to members and guests
