Job Title: Florist Event Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event themes, color schemes, and floral preferences.
- Design and create floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative accents, that complement the event's aesthetic.
- Source high-quality flowers and foliage from suppliers, ensuring freshness and variety.
- Prepare and arrange flowers onsite for events, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on floral design trends, seasonal blooms, and budget considerations.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including installation and removal of floral decorations.
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Uphold high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all floral creations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a florist, with expertise in floral design and arrangement.
- Creative flair and artistic vision, with a passion for flowers and botanicals.
- Strong knowledge of different flower varieties, seasonal availability, and care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
- Previous experience in the events industry is preferred but not required.
