Job Description

Bachelor's Degree/ High School Diploma
Minimum 5 years of experience as a trainer in hospitality or related industry. Supervisory experience is preferred
Develop the content of training programs to ensure they effectively meet the training needs of individuals and enable the respective divisions to achieve their objectives
Evaluate the training materials periodically to ensure their relevance and applicability and make the required updates
Lead & supervise the team of trainers in terms of their skill set, performance and scope of delivery.
Knowledge of MS Office & Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Arab nationality are preferred.
