Position: Technical Superintendent - Offshore.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the technical operations of AHTS vessel fleet, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs to uphold vessel integrity and performance.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize vessel operations and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to onboard crews, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-effectiveness and quality of services.

Qualifications:

Minimum of Chief Engineer experience on offshore vessels is essential ideally AHTS.
At least 2 years of shoreside experience in a similar role ideally working with AHTS vessels.
Proficiency in anchor handling operations is vital.
Strong understanding of maritime regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
