Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor/Foreman Fabrication specializing in piping to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry and possess a valid driving license. As a Supervisor/Foreman Fabrication, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the fabrication of piping, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team to deliver high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the fabrication of piping according to project specifications and timelines.
- Lead a team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on fabricated piping to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute fabrication activities.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment necessary for piping fabrication and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems that arise during fabrication, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and delays.
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control costs to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as a point of contact for client communication regarding fabrication progress and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in piping fabrication within industrial settings.
- Mandatory Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of piping fabrication techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to piping fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly address issues and implement solutions.
