    HR Recruiter responsibilities include

    • Designing and updating job descriptions in coordination with line manager and considering organization policies and guidelines
    • Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels and References
    • Closing the assigned open positions with in the timeline
    • Preparing MIS of candidate database
    • Respond to candidates professionally with timely update
    • Screening the profiles as per the required role and given job description
    • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
    • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) and give them constructive feedback.
    • Adhere the organization policies right from recruitment to onboarding
    • coordinate with concern department for scheduling interviews and keep them posted on status of hiring on the given roles
    • Should have good knowledge of MS office and should be good in reporting .

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
