Job Description

  • Prepare and distribute board meeting agendas and supporting materials in a timely manner.
  • Take accurate and detailed minutes of board meetings and ensure they are promptly distributed.
  • Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the annual general meeting and handle all related logistics.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of regulatory documents.
  • Manage and update corporate policies and procedures.
  • Organize and maintain the corporate calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the company.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the board of directors and shareholders.
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects as assigned.
