Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are looking for competent Talent Acquisition consultant to assist our UK office in finding the best candidates for our clients across the UK & Ireland. You’ll attract candidates, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions.

Candidates ready to join immediately would be preferred.

Responsibilities: ·

  • Making cold calls to candidates and other business partners.
  • Advertise jobs on job portals, professional sites, data base,, networking, head hunting, referrals and social media platforms
  • Actively headhunt for talent through a variety of creative sources including applications, LinkedIn, job boards, database, emails, phone calls, social media, and industry partners for candidate referrals

· Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, performing thorough screenings, and comparing qualifications as per the job requirements.

· Involvement in preliminary telephonic interview with candidates to ascertain their competencies, academic, experience, & communication skills and aspirations i.e. positions, salary, relocation aspects etc...

· Inform applicants about job responsibility, designation, compensation & benefits, work schedules & working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities & other related information.

· Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports and maintaining resume database.

· Headhunting - generating leads and converting them

· Perform reference checks as when required.

· Arrange Zoom interview for candidates with employers in the UK and Ireland

· Advice on the UK & Ireland job opportunities and visa processing time to the candidates & their family to make a right decision.

· Develops and maintains candidates’ database for future position openings.

· Prepares weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports on recruitment activities and progress.

· Meet the assigned targets.

· Visa and travel arrangements for the candidates

Qualifications & Skills:

· Graduate and above.

· 2 - 3 years of experience as a Talent acquisition specialist, Recruitment Consultant, Overseas Education, Immigration, Sales, or similar role in the UAE/GCC market

· Excellent communication skills, spoken & written in English.

· Proven experience in successfully closing positions for various industries, preferably Hospitality, Healthcare, IT and Engineering etc.

· Exceptional ability to screen candidates compile shortlists and interview candidates.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

· Strong negotiation and people management skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to handle a variety of sensitive situations and confidential assignments.

· Must be prepared to work under pressure in a busy sales environment - Strong work ethic and the ability to handle a heavy work load.
