* Candidate should perform preventive maintenance (PM) works independently for split ac units, ducted split ac units, package units, Air cooled chillers, AHUs.
* Must have experience and awareness on Air Conditioning Machines, different type of gases, different type of safety devices,
* Candidate shall have strong working knowledge on Maintenance, Repair and Troubleshooting of HVAC systems such as Package ACs, Split ACs, Window ACs, Reciprocating Air cooled Chillers, FCUs, AHUs etc.
* Candidate should able to trouble shoot mechanical, electrical and control problem in HVAC units.
* Candidate should be able to independently change compressors, attend 3 phase electrical issues, knowledge in VFD etc.
* Candidate shall be working independently.
* Candidate shall have working knowledge in HVAC installation of Split AC units, ducted split units and package AC units.
* Candidate can independently attend warranty related complaints for new installation.
