We are urgently looking for ACCOUNTANT to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

· Any nationality, male or female

· Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage

·Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant with IPO experience or capital market transactions.

· Excellent knowledge of IPO process including regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards and disclosure obligations.

· Experience with general ledger functions

· Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

· BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

· Valid Driver’s License

· Locally available in Qatar

· Can join immediately

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare financial statements and disclosures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial due diligence and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Coordinate with external parties, including auditors and legal counsel.
• Establish and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data and support decision-making.
• Manage disclosure process for offering documents.
• Assist with post-IPO transition and ongoing compliance.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with IPO process.
