**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is enthusiastic about tourism and passionate about promoting travel experiences in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hotels, travel agencies, corporate partners, and individual travelers.

- Promote our range of tourism products and services, including guided tours, desert safaris, cultural experiences, and adventure activities.

- Tailor travel packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients, providing expert advice and recommendations.

- Utilize various sales channels, including direct sales, online platforms, and partnerships, to reach target markets and maximize sales opportunities.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotes in a professional manner.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics using our CRM system.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.

- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions.

- Familiarity with tourism products, attractions, and activities in Dubai and the UAE.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic would be an advantage.
