Specialist Orthodontist required for Downtown Medical Center clinics in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi.
Must be DoH Licensed
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnosis and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth, jaws, and facial structure to assess orthodontic needs. Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique condition and goals.
2. Orthodontic Procedures: Perform a wide range of orthodontic procedures, including the application of braces, aligners, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances. Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure treatment effectiveness and patient comfort.
3. Patient Consultation and Education: Communicate with patients and their families to explain treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes. Address any concerns or questions and provide guidance on oral hygiene practices and preventive measures.
4. Record-Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic findings. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and record-keeping.
5. Collaboration with Dental Team: Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring multidisciplinary care. Provide consultations and referrals as needed.
