Role: Freelance to Full time Marketing Specialist

As we continue to disrupt the market, we are building a dynamic team of individuals who are not just employees but partners in our journey towards innovation and success and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Marketing Specialist and will later be a full time head of marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in social media management, lead generation, and content creation for marketing posts. This role offers a hybrid setup, with the flexibility of remote work for most days and occasional in-office meetings and tasks. While this position starts as freelance, exceptional performance may lead to a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Location: UAE (United Arab Emirates) - Full-time, based in Dubai

Job Role:

As a Freelance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading marketing efforts for Itematch, working closely with the team to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution to contribute to the success of our venture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Itematch and increase user engagement.
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Generate leads through various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, and partnerships.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional videos.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a startup environment or a high-growth tech company.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
• Strong alignment with the vision and values of Mavsketch, with a passion for driving positive change through innovative marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to take ownership and initiative, with a track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Previous experience working on projects with complex user acquisition and engagement requirements.
• Contributions to thought leadership content, industry publications, or public speaking engagements.
