Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough equipment, material, and site inspections.
Schedule and lead meetings with vendors, inspectors, managers, and staff.
Prepare comprehensive reports, budgets, and project plans for stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals.
Stay updated on safety codes and construction advancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction, business, management, or engineering preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
Valid UAE driver's license.
Ability to remain focused and composed under pressure.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
