Are you an organized, proactive, and dynamic individual looking for an exciting career opportunity? We are currently seeking an Executive Secretary to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to staff and management.

Manage and maintain CEO' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
