We have an urgent requirement for Projects Assistant Manager with our client based Oman
Only Oman based candidates with valid Oman Driving Licenses
PMP / PRINCE2 (or) equivalent certifications---Must
Job Summary:
Responsible for the operational management of all the members in PMO.
All major / minor projects assigned needs to be delivered / executed by coordination, executive control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement major and minor projects
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Collect and manage project team
- Schedule project resources
- Create and maintain a schedule and project timeline
- Support and direct implementation team
- Track deliverables
- Monitor and report on project progress on the project register
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs (adaptive to change)
- Good Team player with Problem-solving and leadership skills
- Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Lead quality assurance
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Evaluate and assess the result of the project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or) minimum three years Project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 (or) equivalent certifications
- People Networking skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Conflict resolution experience
- Driving license
