Collaborating with clients, you'll understand their HR processes and translate them into effective Oracle solutions. Your responsibilities include configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management, conducting requirement gathering workshops, and designing solutions. You'll provide expertise in HRIS integrations, employee self-service, manager self-service, and HR analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Additionally, you'll provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion HCM applications post-implementation.
