Project Overview and Role:
The goal of the USAID Trade Reform and Development in Egypt (TRADE) Project is to boost Egypt’s international trade by increasing exports from Egyptian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and in particular New and Expanding Export-Ready Enterprises (NEEREs).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
OBJECTIVES
The overall objective of the assignment is to support and enhance SMEs’ capacities to increase their exports through different ecommerce platforms and connect them to B2B international buyers through those platforms. The consultant will work closely with the project’s selected SMEs to assess their capacities, identify the technical assistance needs, connect them with different ecommerce players and actors worldwide, and provide them with the needed coaching and guidance.
