Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager - Real Estate based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE real estate market
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of property management and leasing
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the UAE real estate industry
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
