**Job Title:** EYFS Teacher
**Position Summary:**
The Early Childhood Center British EYFS Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate and stimulating curriculum based on the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The teacher creates a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. Preferable to have KHDA approval.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that are based on the British EYFS framework and cater to the individual needs and interests of children.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning and development.
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child, keeping detailed records and communicating with parents and colleagues about their development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement a cohesive curriculum that promotes continuity and progression in learning.
- Establish positive relationships with parents and families, including regular communication and involvement in children's learning experiences.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field equivalent to CACHE 3.
- Extensive knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in early childhood education settings in Dubai.
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting, preferably in an EYFS or similar environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
