Responsibilities
- Understand client preferences, find suitable properties within budget, conduct viewings.
- Promote properties through online listings, social media, and events.
- Negotiate prices, rental terms, and contracts for favorable outcomes.
- Provide accurate market info, property values, and trends.
- Build and maintain a strong network for leads and referrals.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations and trends.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and market analysis.
Qualifications
- Consulting and Communication skills.
- Customer Service and Sales skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in UAE Real Estate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Available to Join Immediately.
- Own car or valid UAE driving license preferred.
- RERA license preferred.
