Dubai Based
Mandatory minimum 2 years of real estate experience
No salary; Experiened agents 60% commission only, can raise up to 70% once senior or if performance is consistent whichever is earlier.
An ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and finding spaces and projects.
Responsibilities
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience
- Mandatory Valid RERA Card
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Generating clients and closing deals
- Candidate must be well aware about both primary and secondary market
- Must focus more on sales than rentals
- Should be a strong agent to perform consistently
- Call prospective Landlords/Sellers
- Good networking skills
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut and other portals
- Reaching out to new prospects
- Ability to understand and present contracts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
- Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Mandatory Driving License
- Consistently hit KPIs for calls, listings, viewings and deals
