About the role: This role includes Application Review, Document Verification, Processing the applications, Data management and reporting, Data typing, Quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing Visa Applications: Reviewing visa applications submitted by individuals or organizations and ensuring that all required documents and information are provided.
- Communicating with Applicants: In corresponding to request additional information or documentation, answer questions about the visa process, and provide status update.
- Documentation Verification: Verifying the authenticity of submitted documents, such as passports, id cards etc to ensure compliance with visa requirements.
- Data Entry and Recordkeeping: Entering applicant information into databases or visa processing systems and maintaining accurate records of applications, approvals, and denials.
- Processing Visa Applications: Processing visa applications according to established procedures and guidelines, including conducting background checks and making decisions on visa approvals or denials.
Skills Required:
- Educational Qualification: Must have Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Minimum 1year of experience in UAE into Visa processing Domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Immigration Law and procedure
- Sound decision making and Problem-solving ability.
