Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Head of Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the sales function within the organization. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and market trends to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build report and influence at all levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of Exhibitions and Events & specific knowledge or market.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
