Position Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Foodservice and Laundry Designer who will collaborate with the design team which delivers operational designs and strategies for BOH operations. This includes the operational and technical requirements of commercial grade facilities from kitchens, laundries, service facilities and organic waste management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for foodservice design, a strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to translate customer needs into compelling design solutions.

Key Responsibilities (Non-Exhaustive List)

· Developing commercial kitchen and laundry design concepts in Revit.

· Developing operational designs and strategies for hotels, high end resorts and premium restaurants.

· Developing equipment schedules and MEP Drawings.

· Developing detailed elevations and sections.

· Producing Equipment specifications and material submittal reviews.

· Reviewing and editing shop drawings and transmittals.

· Coordination and technical support for clients (attending meetings, minutes, budgets, miscellaneous).

· Reporting to the senior designers on a regular basis of the status of the projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or any related field.
• Proven experience in foodservice design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and other similar tools.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Excellent professional English communication skills.
• UAE experience is a plus.
