We are hiring for below position:

Project Manager – Civil

Responsibilities:

· Determine and define scope of work and deliverables.

· Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.

· Prepare and submit the project budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.

· Manage costs in order to meet budget.

· Provide direction to the project team to execute the job within the deadline.

· Manage construction schedule and activities.

· Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.

· Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.

Requirement:

• Should have a degree in Civil Engineering with UPDA, Grade A.
• Min (08) years relevant experience within Qatar or GCC in construction of building projects including (villas and majlis)
• Must have a good local networking for business development.
• Must have proficient knowledge of computers.

*Note: Only local candidates who are available in Qatar will be considered for this position.

*NOC/sponsorship transfer is mandatory.
