Responsible for complete employees’ files and documentations, correspondence, updating the HRIS, administration, follow-ups, travel arrangements, exiting formalities, end of service settlements.
Producing salary certificates, controlling holidays, medical leaves, and attendance of every employee, adjusting monthly wages accordingly.
Arranging visas, work permit, and other related documents for the employees with the coordination of PRO.
Conduct all employee appraisals with coordination of relevant depart managers.
Arrange insurance for all employees in a timely manner and coordinate with insurance for regular update.
