UGARIT CITY is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced bike delivery boy for Al Qouz Branch. As a Delivery Rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products and items to our valued customers. You will be responsible for safely transporting products from our warehouse or retail locations to customers.
* Safely and efficiently navigate assigned delivery routes using a provided delivery vehicle (bicycle, motorcycle).
* Pick up orders from the warehouse or retail locations and ensure all items are accounted
for delivery.
* Plan delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
* Deliver products to customers designated delivery points in a timely manner.
* Verify the accuracy of delivery addresses and contact customers as needed for clarification.
* Handle cash-on-delivery payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
* Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers courteously and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
* Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.
