Job Description

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources function with focus on training and development programs.
Ensure all training needs are met and employees are provided with necessary training to improve their skills and performance.
Ensure that training programs comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies, and maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
Proficiency in learning management systems and training technology tools.
Fluent English and Arabic communication skills
