Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a proactive Real Estate Sales Executive, you are expected to:
- Provide dedicated services to buyers and investors and assist in purchasing and selling, primary and secondary real estate properties.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents.
- Be highly presentable to be consumer-facing when required.
- Adheres to real estate laws and has a good knowledge of finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Real Estate Experience in UAE is Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Language: Russian, German, and Arabic
Should be in UAE
A valid driving license is preferred.
Should be available to start immediately
