As a Travel Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable journeys for our clients. We're looking for someone with a strong network of clients across the UAE, adept at both individual and corporate travel arrangements. Your expertise in using Amadeus or Galileo travel agency software will be invaluable in ensuring seamless bookings and exceptional service delivery.
Other responsibilities include:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients, understanding their unique travel preferences and requirements.
- Utilize your extensive network to secure bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services.
- Expertly navigate Amadeus or Galileo travel agency systems to efficiently manage reservations, ticketing, and itinerary planning.
- Provide personalized recommendations and insights on destinations, activities, and travel options to enhance client experiences.
- Collaborate closely with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to negotiate favorable rates and secure exclusive deals for our clients.
- Handle inquiries, resolve travel-related issues, and provide comprehensive support throughout the booking and travel process
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the UAE, with a proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
- Strong database of individual and corporate clients across the UAE.
- Proficiency in using Amadeus or Galileo travel agency software is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and organization.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
- A passion for travel and a deep understanding of global destinations, cultures, and travel trends.
