Main Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls from customers and effectively guide them with friendliness. Provide assistance and technical support to customers regarding products or services. Identify and understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department to address their inquiries. Document information and details of each call and update databases accurately. Handle problems and complaints professionally and resolve them as quickly as possible. Adhere to high service and quality standards and achieve defined work performance objectives. Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization to facilitate issue resolution. Monitor and provide regular reports on the center's performance and suggest improvements.
