- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in construction project planning, with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE.
- Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Experience working on large-scale building projects.
