We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer / Telesales professional to join Hardington Residential, a UK-owned, real estate consultancy in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our real estate business and develop valuable sales skills in the dynamic Dubai market!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services and generate leads.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to understand their real estate needs and provide relevant information.
• Maintain an organized database of leads and client information for future follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales process.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Must possess a valid UAE visa (own visa) and be eligible to work in Dubai.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Employment Type: Commission Based (from AED 3,500 to AED 4,000/m)
