We are currently seeking a skilled and professional female telephone operator to join our team. As a telephone operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient communication and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in making outgoing calls for various purposes, such as promoting new services, confirming appointments or gathering customer feedback.
- Handle WhatsApp messages with clients in order to get product details, pictures, send back quotations received from our pricing team, negotiate prices if needed.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to new customers and callers regarding our services, products, and company policies.
- Answer and handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone during all interactions with callers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain databases for clients with accurate and up to date information on interactions, services provided, product received, products sold, quotations sent, etc.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a telephone operator or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Proficiency in operating telephone systems and other office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or irate callers with professionalism and calmness.
- Fluency in English is an must, Arabic would be advantageous.
