Requirement:-
Bachelor's degree in art history, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the auction or art industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and auction management software.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards governing auction operations.
Must have valid Qatar ID, Transferable Visa with NOC
